Organize files, projects and communications in a centralized work environment. Invite only the team members relevant to that project or workspace so you can rally around shared goals and tasks. Share folders across iMeet® Central workspaces and set specific folders to internal-only so external users cannot view them. Workspace administrators are able to control which users can download files from a workspace for additional security.
Each workspace is a self-contained unit with its own members, content, layout and navigation. You can easily create different types of spaces, such as project management workspaces, blogs, intranets, wikis and more.
iMeet Central makes it easy to modify the design of your workspaces. You can easily add photos and videos to any page, and set colors, fonts and logos to match your brand.

Drag and drop more than 50 different types of content onto specific areas of a webpage, such as RSS feeds, image galleries, tag clouds, calendars, task lists and more.
Add and edit navigation tabs and dropdowns in your workspaces. You can also place internal and external links on individual pages as additional navigation aids.
Instead of deleting workspaces, put them away for future reference. Archived workspaces do not count against your workspace limit.
Create custom fields specific to your business, such as location or accounting codes, then capture this information for each workspace. This makes it easy to find and report on workspaces, especially if you have lots of them.
Once you’ve built a particular type of workspace, don’t recreate it – just copy it. For example, if you have hundreds of clients, clone and customize one master client workspace to automatically reproduce what works.
Your company automatically gets a custom subdomain, https://[yourcompany].imeetcentral.com. Your workspaces, in turn, all have unique web addresses based on the subdomain root.
