Check out this clever way to introduce Central Desktop

One of the big perks of working with so many creative customers: seeing all the amazing work they produce on a daily basis. Take our friends at FleishmanHillard. Last month, we had a good laugh over their skewering of business jargon. Now we’re all oohing and aahing over an internal campaign that hits even closer to home: their Hollywood-ized “Coming Soon” promotion for their upcoming Central Desktop implementation, which they’ve dubbed “FHub.”

Behold the eye-grabbing posters that have popped up around the Toronto office, letting the collaboration champions of tomorrow know that a blockbuster is on its way. Like any masterful story, we have our share of dastardly antagonists, like The Timeline and The Budget.

Spreading awareness and explaining the reasons behind a change in process will typically go a long way toward a successful rollout – and this is a fun example of doing just that. Team members also received snazzy playing cards featuring the characters and additional information. Bravo to “directors” Jacob Porpossian and Helene Larochelle; when the Oscars roll around, you will have our vote.

It turns out this production is a sequel of sorts, as we’ve already seen some great results in other FH offices. Check out our FleishmanHillard case study to see how Central Desktop is helping solve workflow challenges and boost revenue growth.
