Be part of a highly dynamic technology- and business-focused team that is running and building a multi-tenant collaboration platform for businesses. Your role will be to work closely with the Technical Support, Software Engineering, System Operations, Product and Quality Assurance departments and act as a single point for escalation of customer issues.
Triage and reproduce customer issues with the Technical Support team
Write detailed reproduction scenarios for the Engineering team
Track down root causes of data specific customer issues
Participate in routine test cycles
Participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle
Fix trivial issues in the code
What we’re looking for
You must have:
Basic SQL query writing
Strong knowledge of HTTP and IP
Experience with various web debugging tools
Basic familiarity with programming
Basic version control (git)
