Support engineer

Overview

Be part of a highly dynamic technology- and business-focused team that is running and building a multi-tenant collaboration platform for businesses. Your role will be to work closely with the Technical Support, Software Engineering, System Operations, Product and Quality Assurance departments and act as a single point for escalation of customer issues.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and reproduce customer issues with the Technical Support team
  • Write detailed reproduction scenarios for the Engineering team
  • Track down root causes of data specific customer issues
  • Log analysis
  • Participate in routine test cycles
  • Participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle
  • Fix trivial issues in the code
What we’re looking for

You must have:

  • Basic SQL query writing
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP and IP
  • Experience with various web debugging tools
  • Basic HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Basic familiarity with programming
  • Basic version control (git)
