Implementation consultant

Overview

We are looking for an energetic, smart, tech savvy, quick learner who can be an implementation consultant for our cloud collaboration software. Implementation consultants will be actively involved in implementing and integrating iMeet® Central with enterprise clients’ business processes and preexisting systems. In this capacity he/she will be an expert in application functionality, technology, implementation and process engineering. The implementation consultant’s overall objective is to ensure initial and ongoing client adoption of the iMeet Central collaboration platform.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new iMeet Central customer implementations including managing the project plan and project resources
  • Ensure that a plan is in place for each engagement for deployment, change management and adoption programs
  • Clear communication of implementation status, issues, risks and effort
  • Gather functional and business requirements; understand customer use cases and requirements and in turn apply iMeet Central best practices
  • Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during initial rollout
  • Troubleshooting customer issues during implementation
  • Lead web-based and on-site training for new iMeet Central clients
  • Maintaining healthy relationships, keeping client deployments on track for continual success
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to develop a plan for making iMeet Central a part of the client’s core architecture as well as identifying future opportunities for growth in an account
  • Working assertively and effectively with clients and other team members
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how iMeet Central can better serve our customers
What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and teammates
  • Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Strong understanding of internet technologies and a demonstrated capacity to learn
  • Some HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
  • Experienced with PC and Mac operating systems as well as a variety of browsers including Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) and project management tools/systems
  • Required 4-year degree or 8 years of equivalent relevant experience
