  • Workflow Rules

    Automatically assign tasks, send email notifications, set document status, change the values of database fields or start a creative proof. It’s all based on simple rules that you set – no programming or technical expertise required.

  • Scheduled Workflows

    You can set rules to run in real-time when certain criteria are met, or set them to run every night.

  • Online Proofing

    Automatically route all types of creative files to reviewers, and kick off task assignments and email alerts based on the approval stage and other factors. You can even start the proofing process from scratch, based entirely on rules.

  • Document Approvals

    Let users know that documents are ready for review, assign to-dos to specific people and hand documents off to the next set of approvers. Set workflow rules to run whenever specific sets of documents are created or modified, and they meet additional criteria such as “status is not approved.”

    Set up databases and online forms for business processes, such as work orders, creative briefs, contact management and inventory tracking.

  • Database Triggers

    You can set rules to run based on specific database values, and you can also update the database automatically based on rules. For example, if a new record is created, you could change the value of a field called “type of record” from blank to “new.”

    Each rule comes with a simple email template that you can customize. For example, you can include variables such as a “download this file” link or a custom database value, so recipients understand why they’ve been notified and what to do next.
