Central Desktop Customer Awards: meet the winners!
One of our favorite new traditions from Collabosphere this year was taking some time after dinner on Tuesday night to salute an elite handful of customers who have been particularly inspirational collaboration champions, whether transforming how their businesses work together or helping us to deliver a better product for all of our customers.
Here’s a look at several of our winners alongside Central Desktop co-founders Isaac Garcia and Arnulf Hsu. You can read more about their stories and categories below. Congratulations, everyone!
Innovation in Collaboration
Nominees: Aon Hewitt, FleishmanHillard, MLB Advanced Media, Practice Alchemy, RAPP
Winner: Practice Alchemy
This category honored customers who are tackling meaty challenges and solving them in creative ways within Central Desktop. Melissa Trevino and her team at Practice Alchemy are constantly pushing the boundaries of what Central Desktop can do for them, especially when it comes to workflow rules.
Customer Appreciation
Nominees: Alexander’s Mobility Services, Allied Barton, Ansira, MLB Advanced Media, PJM
Winner: MLB Advanced Media
For years, Rob Boysko and MLB Advanced Media have been true partners in the growth and development of Central Desktop. Rob has been a huge help with referrals and feedback, and even hopped on a pre-Collabosphere call to talk about his past experiences at the conference and to help fire up this year’s attendees. He was also a beast on the leaderboard of this year’s official Collabosphere app. Way to go, Rob!
Community Activism
Nominee and winner: Jet Computers
Jeanette Griffin and Jet Computers ran away with this award this year. They’ve been a much-appreciated presence on our monthly community calls and have really helped community discussions move forward.
Excellence in Marketing Execution
Nominees: FleishmanHillard – San Francisco, Norwegian Cruise Lines, WildWorks
Winners (tie): FleishmanHillard and Norwegian Cruise Lines
Fleishman’s San Francisco team has seen a rise in billable hours, an increase in project volume and an improvement in internal communications. Their success is inspirational not just to their own colleagues, but to other agencies as well.
Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Leah McKenney treated the Collabosphere audience to a presentation on project management best practices (video forthcoming). NCL has revolutionized its marketing processes, leading to increased visibility and improved efficiency.
User Adoption
Nominees: Concur, Expo Marketing, Kern, Oriental Weavers, PharmaDesign, Precision for Value
Winner: Kern
Carol Majewski and Rachel Quach have done a masterful job of boosting user adoption and bringing their engagement rates through the roof; their engagement score today stands at 99/100.
Congratulations again to all of the winners, and we hope to see you all at the dinner next year!
